Make it Monday # 67

Hello peeps, I love patterned paper, just love it!  But I don't know or not sure how to use it. The video at PapertreyInk HERE sure  helped me understand the process a little better. Still not real sure what goes together. But thought I would try it  out. So  here's my take on the Three or more patterned paper challenge. Hope you like it. My paper is from Basic Gray lauderdale 6x6 paper pad,  Butterfly die and sentiment are PapertreyInk and the butterfly's bodies  from a Memory Box die,
I sponged the edges of the butterfly's with Distress Ink.

Butterfly Birthday Card

Hello, just thought I would post a card I made for my daughter's birthday. I love to make these butterflies, I use water  color paper, emboss with white or black embossing powder. Color in with markers, spray with water until the colors run together, then I just let it dry. This is my take on a card I saw in Paper Crafter Mag. By Jennifer Mcquire. I entered this card at http://heroarts.com/blogs/club/may-2012-contest-details/
