Hello everyone,

I made these fall cards inspired by Julie's card HERE. I fell in love with the stamp she used by Impression Obsession Fair Maiden. On the first card I used the same colors as Julie for the second I used Rusty Hinge, Spiced Marmalade, Shabby Shutters and Scattered Straw. Water colored with Distress Ink, stamped the sentiment with Hero Arts ink. A StampinUp button and twine from PTI. I'm entering the challenges at Challenges 4 Everybody HERE and Less is More HERE where the challenge is twine or string.  That's it for now, have a great week.

A card for CAS-ology's challenge

Hello, just thought I'd play with the lovely ladies at CASology today, the cue card is Pumpkin so I pulled out my StampinUp stamp and CS used a Hero Arts stamp for my sentiment and Distress inks to water color my pumpkin. Gave it a few splatters for fun, and for the shimmer Perfect Pearls.

So sad today is the last day of class but I must say I have really had fun with this one. On to my tag, not having any gears I made do with PTI's die of keys and a lock. I love this technique. Rusting with Distress Power.

hello,

I'm back with another tag this morning for day 2 of class. For this one I used the Mixed-Media Layering Technique. Since I only bought two stencils I kept it pretty simple. But really liked my outcome. See you in class.

Hello,

Well still working on class tags, today in class was totally awesome!! So many techniques. I chose to work on Embossing with Stencils and Embossing through stencils. I must say embossing through the stencil is by far my favorite technique so far lol. I took a class a while back with Britta and she had us make a cover for our tag booklet, I thought it a great idea to make one for this class I used a tag made out of clear card stock. I cut a piece of straw for the test tube. Colored some little gems with a lime sharpie. Just had fun with it. Enjoy
