Day 3 At Clean & Simple 2
I'm really loven this class! Learning so much. If you haven't checked it out yet you can go HERE .
For my card I choose to use Shari's Label Stamping technique. Using a Tim Holtz stamp for my "background" stamping it onto the labels & cutting them into strips. I couldn't find a DP I liked so I made my own with SU markers they were to bright so I went over them a couple of times with picket fence. Great match. My Butterfly is from Hero Arts.Stickles was used to add a little sparkle to the butterfly.

Clean And Simple Card Making 2
Day 1of class. I just love these classes. For my card I used Kristina's sketch. I must tell you about how I made this background it was by accident. I sprayed to much ink on my card front so I fliped it over onto the paper towel I had under it and pressed it into the towel when I lifted it, not only was the pattern of the towel on it but the texture of the water color paper. Love it. To give my heart a little texture I die cut a heart out of clear CS and embossed it with my cuddlebug. Just glue it onto my Red heart, to hide the glue I added a Gem. You can join the class at Online Card Classes HERE
Supplies:
Inks: Distress Ink, Perfect Pearls and Memento Tuxedo Black
Stamps: Simon Says Stamp
Cardstock: Daler Rowney Watercolor Paper Neenah White
Papertrey Ink Clear Cardstock
Cuddlebug Emboss folder, My Favorite Things Dies
Until next time,
