Challenge #13
WHITE OUT
Over at A Blog Named Hero HERE the challenge is to start with White CS, no DP or colored CS. Here's my take.
I used my water color pencils to color some of the BG stamp and the flower, filled the dots with glitter glue.
Simple, but I like the way it turned out.
