Week 2 Day 3...

I'm running a day late at class, will try to post today's card tonight, Our home work was to use this weeks color combo, sketch's or a technique in class anyway this is my card. It is the first time I have made a shaker card. What fun don't really know why I never tried it before, I used Hero Arts stamps Distress ink To make the balloons I just cut them out as I don't have a die or balloon stamp. Had some sequins in my stash. well that's it for now.
